Affiliate program terms
Last updated: October 1, 2026
These terms apply when you join the Game Hosting affiliate program ("the program") from your Game Hosting account. They add to our terms of service and privacy policy. By joining, you agree to them. Questions: contact@gamehosting.app.
1. Joining and review
You need a Game Hosting account with a verified email. When you join you get your link right away, and clicks and sign-ups through it count from that moment. A person reviews every application, usually within 24 hours. Until you are approved, your audience pays full price and your commissions are shown as in review. We may approve or decline any application, and decline when a channel does not fit the program.
2. Your link
Your link has the form gamehosting.app/r/your-name, optionally pointing to a game, a game's checkout or another page of our site, with an optional campaign tag. You can change your link name in your panel; names you used before keep working for you and are never given to anyone else. We may rename a link that impersonates another person, brand or game, or that is offensive.
There are no discount codes. The discount for your audience travels only through your link.
3. What your audience gets
Once you are approved, a new customer who arrives through your link gets 10% off their first payment. It applies only to accounts that have never paid us, once per account, and never together with another promotion code.
4. How referrals are credited
- A visit through your link is remembered in that browser for 60 days.
- If the visitor opens several creators' links before paying, the last one gets the credit.
- Their first payment locks them to the creator credited at that moment, for as long as they keep paying.
- If they redeem our own REDDIT20 promotion on that first payment, the direct Game Hosting campaign replaces any creator or customer-referrer attribution. That customer earns no third-party commission or referral credit, including on renewals and later servers.
- Customers who already paid us before opening your link are not credited to you.
- Visits from coupon, deal or cashback sites, link previews and automated traffic are not credited.
5. Commission
You earn 20% of every payment a customer credited to you makes, on every server they keep with us, for as long as they keep paying. It is calculated on the amount actually charged, after any discount. If a payment is refunded, partly refunded or disputed, the commission on it is reduced to match what we kept; if we win a dispute, it is restored.
6. Waiting period and payouts
Each commission waits 30 days after the payment before it is ready, so refunds and chargebacks can settle. Ready commissions are paid in the first week of each month by PayPal, Wise or USDT on BSC (Binance Smart Chain, BEP-20) once your ready balance reaches $50 USD; smaller balances roll over to the next month. A refund or chargeback after a commission was paid is taken from your next payouts.
To be paid you must give us accurate payout details: your payout email for PayPal or Wise, or your USDT receiving address on BSC (BEP-20), plus legal name, country and tax ID. Check that your wallet or receiving service supports USDT on BSC before saving its address. You are responsible for taxes on what you earn. We may withhold or report payments where the law requires it. Fees charged by PayPal, Wise or your bank on receiving a payout are yours.
7. Not allowed
The following break these terms and void the affected commissions:
- Referring yourself, your own accounts or your own group, or paying for customers' servers with your own card.
- Posting your link on coupon, deal, cashback or voucher sites, or letting them publish it.
- Paid search ads on "Game Hosting", "gamehosting" or similar terms, or ads that send traffic straight to your link.
- Spam: unsolicited messages, mass comments, fake reviews or bots.
- Hiding your link in pages, iframes or scripts that set the referral without a real click.
- Pretending to be Game Hosting or making claims we do not make, such as prices, features or guarantees that are not on our site.
We may hold a commission while we review suspicious activity, and we may pause or close your participation if these rules are broken.
8. Telling your audience
Say clearly that you earn a commission when people use your link, for example "affiliate link" or "I earn a commission if you sign up". In many countries, including the United States, the law requires this disclosure.
9. Ending your participation
You can leave the program at any time by writing to us. We may end the program or your participation, with notice when possible. When participation ends for a reason other than breaking these terms, we pay ready commissions above the minimum in the next payout run, and commissions still in their waiting period once they are ready. If it ends because these terms were broken, unpaid commissions are void.
10. Changes
We may change the program, its rates or these terms. We will email you at least 14 days before a change that reduces what you earn takes effect. Commissions already earned keep the rules in force when they were earned.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Mexico. Disputes will be handled by the competent courts of Mexico City.
