Cultivator is a building tool in Valheim you can have after Eikthyr, in the Black Forest. Craft it at a Forge: 5 Corewood, 5 Bronze.
Cultivator item ID and spawn command
The item ID is Cultivator. Open the console with F5, type devcommands, then paste the command. The last number is the quality.

Refine it at the Forge of Potential
Valheim 1.0’s Forge of Potential upgrades it with Wooden Battle Idol instead of materials (1 per try), and can take it past quality 3. Each try succeeds 65% of the time. 35% of tries destroy the item, giving back 35% of the materials of its first craft and its last upgrade, rounded up.
