Dundr is a two-handed staff (elemental magic) in Valheim you can have after The Queen, in the Ashlands. Craft it at a Galdr Table (level 2): 10 Ashwood, 4 Flametal, 3 Celestial Feather, 1 Bloodstone.

The item ID is StaffLightning. Open the console with F5, type devcommands, then paste the command. The last number is the quality.
