The item ID is THSwordKrom. Open the console with F5, type devcommands, then paste the command. The last number is the quality.

Valheim 1.0’s Forge of Potential upgrades it with Black Marble Battle Idol instead of materials (1 per try), and can take it past quality 4. Each try succeeds 65% of the time. 35% of tries destroy the item, giving back 35% of the materials of its first craft and its last upgrade, rounded up.
