Yes. Click "Load save" under Your progress and choose your SaveGames folder (Steam on Windows: %LOCALAPPDATA%\Pal\Saved\SaveGames): we list every world in it to pick one, or choose one world’s folder. Your browser reads it on your device, nothing is uploaded, and ticks the fast travel points, watchtowers, effigies, journals, ancient ruins, boss towers and alpha and bounty bosses you found, plus the Pals you caught. Chests, eggs, ore and plants aren’t in saves, so tick those yourself. Saves are decoded with the open-source ooz-wasm (GPL-3.0); its license and source are at gamehosting.app/licenses/ooz-wasm.txt.

Yes, free and without an account. Right-click the map (or tap Add marker on a phone), then give it a name, a note, an icon (a symbol, any of the map’s icons or a Pal) and a color. Click it to edit, move or delete it, with Undo. Your markers show under My markers, the search finds them, they stay in your browser and go in the progress file you export. “Copy link to send it” lets a friend add one to their own map.

Open the Pals tab and pick the Pal. The map lights up where it spawns, with its level, and you can show only day or only night spawns. Alphas and big variants have a white ring.

Turn on "Area levels" under Map overlays: every zone is colored by the level of its Pals, from green (level 1) to magenta (80), with the range written on it. A * means a few Pals spawn higher.

Click it. Eggs list the Pals that can hatch and how likely each one is, chests and junk piles their drops, fishing spots the Pals you can catch, merchants what they sell, journals their text.

Yes. The Sky Islands are part of the Palpagos map, so they are on the same view, with everything up there: 208 Soralite nodes, 39 Sunreach eggs, 19 Skyland warp altars, the Azure Covenant tower, alpha Pals and fast travel points.
