How to breed Hartalis in Palworld

Step-by-step guide

#197

Hartalis

Neutral

  • Get itOnly from its own kind
  • Breeding power90
  • Male eggs50%
  • EggHuge Common Egg

Hartalis can’t be bred from other Pals: only a male and a female Hartalis make another one. It isn’t caught in the open world. After that, every Hartalis egg is a Hartalis.

Its breeding power is 90. The formula never makes Hartalis, but as a parent it counts like any Pal: the lower the parents’ powers, the rarer the egg.

Why only its own kind

Some Pals are left out of the breeding formula: most legendaries, raid and tower bosses and a few others. No pair of other Pals ever makes them, however close their breeding power is. A male and a female Hartalis make a Hartalis egg; everything else Hartalis breeds with makes another Pal (below).

Shortest chain from early-game Pals

No chain of breeds reaches Hartalis: catch Hartalis itself first.

Where to catch Hartalis and its parents

  • HartalisNot in the open world: breed it.

Passives

Every Hartalis is born with Savior, bred or caught; it doesn’t need to be inherited.

  • Savior30% increase in Neutral attack damage. 30% increase in Grass attack damage.

To get the passives you want, pick them in the Breeding path: it finds which of your Pals carry them and the shortest route.

Mutated eggs never hatch Hartalis

Hartalis isn’t on the game’s list of Pals a mutated egg can hatch, which leaves out legendaries, raid and tower Pals, Terraria monsters and a few variants. About 1 in 100 Breeding Farm eggs (1 in 33 with Extravagant Vegetable Cake) is mutated, but never into Hartalis.

What Hartalis’s mutated eggs hatch

Two Hartalis make a mutated egg of Aegidron. With other partners, Hartalis’s mutated eggs can hatch 85 different Pals. The rarest, with the partner that gives each one most often:
