How to breed Silvance in Palworld

Step-by-step guide

Silvance

Grass

  • Get itOnly from its own kind
  • Breeding power80
  • Male eggs50%
  • EggHuge Verdant Egg

Silvance can’t be bred from other Pals: only a male and a female Silvance make another one. It isn’t caught in the open world. After that, every Silvance egg is a Silvance.

Its breeding power is 80. The formula never makes Silvance, but as a parent it counts like any Pal: the lower the parents’ powers, the rarer the egg.

Why only its own kind

Some Pals are left out of the breeding formula: most legendaries, raid and tower bosses and a few others. No pair of other Pals ever makes them, however close their breeding power is. A male and a female Silvance make a Silvance egg; everything else Silvance breeds with makes another Pal (below).

Shortest chain from early-game Pals

No chain of breeds reaches Silvance: catch Silvance itself first.

Where to catch Silvance and its parents

  • SilvanceNot in the open world: breed it.

Passives

Silvance has no passive of its own: a bred Silvance inherits up to four from its two parents, at random.

To get the passives you want, pick them in the Breeding path: it finds which of your Pals carry them and the shortest route.

Mutated eggs never hatch Silvance

Silvance isn’t on the game’s list of Pals a mutated egg can hatch, which leaves out legendaries, raid and tower Pals, Terraria monsters and a few variants. About 1 in 100 Breeding Farm eggs (1 in 33 with Extravagant Vegetable Cake) is mutated, but never into Silvance.

What Silvance’s mutated eggs hatch

Two Silvance make a mutated egg of Aegidron. With other partners, Silvance’s mutated eggs can hatch 85 different Pals. The rarest, with the partner that gives each one most often:

Since ancient times, it has remained within the World Tree, continuing its vigil. What it protects, and for what purpose, Silvance does not know. After all, the World Tree will tell it everything. The spores it commands surely know who the enemy is.

Quick answers

What two Pals make Silvance?

Only two Silvance, a male and a female. No pair of other Pals makes it.

Where do I catch Silvance?

It isn’t caught in the open world. Breed it from the pairs above.

What does Silvance breed into?

With other Pals, Silvance makes 69 different Pals. The rarest: Aegidron (with Jormuntide Ignis), Ophydia (with Lyleen) and Knocklem (with Blazamut). Two Silvance make Silvance.

Does gender matter when breeding Silvance?

Only that one parent is male and the other female. Which parent is which doesn’t change the egg. A bred Silvance is male about 50% of the time.

Can Silvance hatch from a mutated egg?

No. Silvance isn’t on the game’s list of Pals a mutated egg can hatch, which leaves out legendaries, raid and tower Pals, Terraria monsters and a few variants. It only comes from two of its kind.

What are Silvance’s stats at level 50?

At level 50 with IVs from 0 to 100, Silvance has 4,250–5,300 HP, 550–685 Attack and 462–586 Defense, before condenser, trust, Statue of Power and passives. An alpha Silvance has 4,950–6,210 HP.

Below level 70: Giant Pal Soul ×1 (100%) and Ancient Civilization Core ×1 (100%). From level 70 on, it drops a different list instead (see the table above). The alpha Immortal Shade Silvance also drops Ancient Civilization Parts ×6–8 (100%), Precious Entrails ×2–3 (100%), Explosion-Resistant Fiber ×5–10 (100%), World Tree Holy Water ×20–30 (100%), Grass Radiant Gem ×1–3 (100%), Decayed Ancient Relic ×1–10 (100%), Dormant Ancient Relic ×1–5 (50%), Gorgeous Ancient Relic ×1–3 (30%), Glowing Ancient Relic ×1–2 (25%) and Glistening Ancient Relic ×1 (20%).
